Video calls can be straining on any connection, but here are some tips to help you get the best connection possible!

Use your Wi-Fi

Be sure you’re connected to a strong Wi-Fi connection, especially if you’re on a mobile device. You may also want to try relocating to a place with a stronger connection, often closer to your router. 

Use a computer

Mobile is great but doesn’t always get the best connection, even on Wi-Fi. Our sessions are optimized for your computer and allow you to see more of your event community. 

Try a new Browser

Chrome works best on AllTakes, so if you’re on Safari or Firefox and having some trouble with your connection, consider giving Chrome a try.
