Marketing Tips - market your offerings/sessions

Welcome to AllTakes!

Getting started on AllTakes is a very exciting moment. You’re on the precipice of leading a space where you can gather community, share unique experiences, cultivate connections, and monetize your craft online. How special is that?!

One thing is for sure: your existing community is going to want to hear about this! Now is the time to get super comfy with the concept of promoting your AllTakes business.

Here are 9 things you can do to get your first members to sign up and attend your AllTakes gatherings:

1. Share with your inner circle.

Call or text your family and friends and let them know you will be offering live experiences on AllTakes soon. Get their feedback and share your excitement. It will help to have a handful of eager members signed up from the get-go, and this is the audience to help you make that happen.

2. Post on your social channels.

When you launch: Announce your AllTakes business to the world when you launch by sharing your Business or Offering Details page in posts or stories on social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, Snapchat, etc). Use the momentum of trying something new to garner curiosity. Bonus points: save a story to your story highlights on IG.

For ongoing events: Then, leading up to the dates of your gatherings, share to your socials again on the week before, the day before, and the day of.

3. Add a link to your online spaces.

Whether it’s your personal website, blog, or the bio’s on your social channels, linking to your AllTakes offerings from the online spaces associated with you will help people learn about your business. Ultimately, this will lead to more member sign-ups and more revenue for your business.  We recommend you link to your Business or Offering Details page.

4. Straight to their inbox!

Write an email to your newsletter subscribers or friends about why you decided to come aboard on AllTakes. Let them know how much their support would mean to you! Bonus Points: Keep your AllTakes Business page link in your email signature so that there’s easy access to your offerings.

5. Mention AllTakes in content that you release.

Do you release content? Where does your content receive the highest amount of views? The next time you release a new piece of content, use this opportunity to mention your AllTakes business. You want your AllTakes business announcement to be where you have the most impressions, which is usually your content (video, podcast, blog post, etc.). Remember, do what you believe is a tasteful amount of promotion. You know your audience better than anyone.

6. Add AllTakes to your social media banners.

This one is as easy as it sounds. Update your banners on social media to announce your new community offerings on AllTakes.

7. Collab with other community leaders.

Are you friends with any other community leaders in your space? Do you follow or know any other potential users on AllTakes? Consider co-marketing with these folks to share the news about your AllTakes offerings with outside circles to reach more people.

8. Find adjacent communities.

Where do other communities in your topic space live? Find Reddit threads, Facebook groups, forums, or brick-and-mortar bulletins where you can promote your AllTakes offerings with folks who already share your passion. Make a post in these communities sharing your offerings on AllTakes, and it’s likely you’ll add a few more folks to your community.

9. Stay confident, patient, and persistent.

You must buy into your AllTakes launch. If you don’t commit fully, your fans or followers will likely feel the same way and not commit either. Also, don’t get discouraged if you are slow to start. You will grow over time. So keep on it, and keep driving traffic to your AllTakes business throughout the year!
